Issue abstract: New 360 Update Blocking Ports and ISP Connections
Detailed description: After update of 360, it completely blocks my connections send and receive sides from my PC-based Outlook 2016 to my ISP. I’ve adjusted everything I can think of or is referenced in the community. I have had to COMPLETELY uninstall 360 to allow my email accounts attached to my ISP to be able to be functional. ISP said no port changes there, so the 360 update did something mysterious that is blocking my ability to work.
