I.m trying to set up to use qbittorrent and keep running into port forwarding issues. Under firewall, qbitorrent is "allowed" under program controls. I've attempted to forward the ports on my router log in site, not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the open port check tool I've used on line shows "Connection refused", I have set firewall off temporarily to check, still shows the same. Any one know anything else to try?
