I have just finished a very positive session with Norton tech support via online chat.The window said the wait was around 15 minutes to talk to a representative and it ended up being around 23 minutes...not bad.My issue was with the new upgrade in which I had a minor problem and was resolved quickly and successfully.I even received a small reward for my trouble and my loyalty for which I am grateful.Just thought I would share as we usually only hear about the negative tech support issues.
