possible follow up - unable to complete backup Norton Ghost

I bought Norton Ghost several years ago and at one point could not compete backups.  After attempting every suggestion given to me here I decided to remove Ghost from my computer and just use Windows backup.

I had been using Windows backup since the Ghost removal and all was fine ... until a few days ago.  I could not complete a backup and kept receiving the following error message ...0x80070570. 

After going to the MS Community and searching for 0x80070570 along with 'backup' I discovered the following ...

 

One way to solve this backup issue is to go to Start \ type services.msc \ scroll down to Volume Shadow Copy and Start it or if it has been Started, re Start it. 

I did that and could complete my Windows backup.  I'm passing that on here just in case that could have also been an issue with Norton not being able to complete a backup.  If what I"ve just passed on is of absolutely no use, feel free to delete this post.  My intentions are good though.  All the best, DH
