'Post Message' Rich Text Editor - 'Insert Image' disabled

Vista Home Premium SP2

NIS 2011 18.1.0.33

 

I'm having trouble inserting images into my posts via the Forum's Rich Text Editor's  'Insert//edit image' icon on the PC that has the NIS 2011 beta installed. The 'Select a file' button no longer offers a 'Browse' option; just a red 'x':

Any ideas? Do I need to change a browser setting (Internet Explorer 8)?
