Potential Fraud/scam site

Web site https://247muzic.com/

Advertises a free account, (access to Amazon and others)
Follow links, all show Free account till Registration page - Notes Free account unless upgrade to Premium and asking for CC details

On entering and Confirmation of CC information, site attempts to take monies from nominated account, Declining to register account if insufficient funds.

I contacted the site via chat and received the following

Yes it's free for five days, however, the Credit/ debit card must at least have 50 USD/EUR funds as there will be Automatic Billing of 49.95 USD/EUR if subscription isn't canceled within the trial period.

Note, this was the first mention of trial period. Note there is no way that i saw to cancel or not select the premium account or to activate the Free account as advertised as opposed to the trial account. nor did i see any option to opt out. (Not saying it is not there, just that i did not see it).
I am uncertain if the Chat staff would be able to cancel the supposed optional premium account once it had been activated.

I have no issue with Trial accounts, if advertised as such. Where i have an issue is a trial account being called a free account, when clearly it is not, and trying to bill prior the the start of the account activation
This site is in my opinion Fraud, or gaining monies by deception.

Either way, I thought it worth a mention here as a heads up warning/caution.

I have Notified Norton operators, and have sent E-mail contact info to Amazon who i was viewing at the time i received the advertisements.

I agree that a site that asks for CC information for Verification is Sus, so i have an Empty account just for such incidents

The Gyazo above are via the access portal to pay for an Amazon account, not directly via their website and the images shown in the responses.

Note it is only on this page and in small print that it first mentions Trial and not account though Free is Prominently displayed.
To proceed past this page will bill your nominated account $50 Contact with the provider provided the text as shown in my original note.

Note that Terms state that you will not be billed for 6 days unless canceled, This being the case, why then does it attempt to draw funds from your nominated account, failing to create the account if there is insufficient funds??

I only added it as a Heads up, that it was not giving what it promised via the advertisements in Amazon, a free account with the option for a premium account. If you wish to use, that is your call.

Maybe, "free" is regional.  I do not see "free".  Just saying.

Why would you need to enter any card retails for a free account?  Didn't alarm bells start ringing?
