Hello, I have Norton 360 LifeLock Premium and I'm experiencing some technical difficulties. My Norton is showing over 2,000 problems on my computer through the Norton Utilities Premium app. However, it also keeps presenting me with error codes: 8504, 104. It seems to be having difficulty connecting to the server. ****I'm also concerned that my internet may be tapped into by some form of hacking because the name of my wifi connection keeps alternating between "Daddy's Spy Cam" and the actual name of my wifi router.****
