Today, a "critical Firefox update" popped up in my browser (in a new tab) from this URL with a download now button:

Obviously the URL isn't from Mozilla, so I closed out of it. NIS didn't catch or try to prevent it from loading.
So, I assume this is a new threat?
A couple of weeks ago, I got a similar popup wanting me to download a "important Adobe Flash update"
