I get this too; nothing to be worried about.
I think Norton Full System Scan has Scanned a File/Folder and, just in case it is an un-known Virus, it reports this back as this.
All I can suggest to you is to do Full System Scans for a few weeks and, if it still does not Detect anything, then you are Secure.
Just make sure you Update Norton, via LiveUpdate, every few hours.
If you have just bought the computer from a computer store, then Norton will probably be a Trailware which will only last for a few weeks, so you need to go to Norton Store as soon as you can and buy N.I.S. 2008.
If you Open Norton, it should display the Norton Protection Center and there should be a Tab next to that saying what Product you have.
To see what Version you have, go to Add/Remove via the Control Panel and Click on N.I.S., or whatever Product you have, and Click on more information (I think it is that) and that should display the Version you have.
