Potential Virus and Malware on Machine not Showing on Scans

I have the following files that take Norton a few seconds to scan.  The scans always come up clear, but because they stay on these for a while, I googled them.  I didn't see definitive answers, but a few websites say these are malicious:

 

windows/9129837.exe

windows/SysWow64/NewVirusRemoval.vbs

windows/SysWow64/VirusRemoval.vbs

 

I did scans with Norton, Ad-Aware, and Malware-Bytes in safe modes and nothing showed up other than a few cookies.  I also tried using Norton Power Eraser, and nothing was found.  Are these actually viruses?  If so, how do I get rid of them?
