Hello everybody, I know these have been discussed before but I have a more extensive issue. When reading on these I did find the other links to download the programs that can remove this but when I tried to download them, my P.C. said my settings did not allow this file to be downloaded. From there I went to Windows firewall and it said Norton was controlling it. I thought disabling the firewall a minute or two could work but The program still was not allowed to be downloaded. Anybody know how to fix this?
