Power Eraser found but am denied access, fillingup hard disk Help!

I have been having trouble with a wikileaks virus. Keeps filling up space on harddisc, cannot delete. I was only able to discover it with the Power Eraser. Thanks, but, it wouldnt let me delete it, it said you are denied access. Please help computer is so slow. "bootlog_NPETraceSession.etl"
