Yes it is easy to grumble about Help Desks :-(
Today however :-) I got right royal positive help on solving a complex Norton 360 upgrade involving broken product on one machine, different Windows versions and tricky 3 licence coordination.
It took just two calls and remote control of both machines that solved it.... Thanks to Norton's MelbyAmo and Crispen! Job well done indeed....
Suggestion: make it easier to find where to leave commendations! .....I used this Forum as the only way I could find.
