I have recently installed/subscribed to Norton Family and have had nothing but problems. First this is the family app does not seem to recognize facebook or facebook messenger on the android OS. Secondly, The locate now feature does not work. I just keep getting the message that it cannot locate the phone and to "try after some time". Lastly, it does not not monitor different messaging apps. Please let me know how to fix these things for my daughters android phone.
