Premium license expired

I bought Norton Security 2016 (5 license version) today and installed it on 3 computers.

I wanted to install the Mobile version on my Android phone so I browsed to https://manage.norton.com/ManagementHome and clicked the "Download Norton" button (under "Do you want to add more devices?")  and selected the "Install on another device tab".  

I added a gmail address and sent it. On my phone I opened the Norton email in the Gmail app and and clicked the "Install Now" button in the email.

The app installed fine but when I click the phone device on the https://manage.norton.com/Manage#machine=nnn..nnn and click Manage your Anti-Theft features, it show "Premium license expired" and in a yellow box it says "Upgrade to the Paid version from the device to access this feature.".  Viewing the license information on the phone shows 366 days left.

How can I correct this problem so I can use the Anti-theft features??
