I do not wish to use Backup (I have a perfectly good backup program), but I cannot find anywhere to stop
backup from constantly reminding me to back my system up. How do I stop the annoying messages?

If you don't want to use N360's backup you can click on the "Backup" icon on the main page and click View Backup Details. You get to the Backup Details page that show the last backup date there is a list of actions you can perform along the bottom of the page. Click Turn off Backup from bottom of the backup details page. If you click that link backup will be disabled and wont run on your machine anymore.
