Preventing Norton Utilities from Minimizing to the System Tray on Exit

Is there some way to prevent Norton Utilities from minimizing to the system tray when I exit from the program?

 

I've tried disabling the Registry Monitor but NU continues to run in the background after I exit from the program unless I left-click on the system tray icon and permanently close the program from there.
