Pricing and Support for Norton ConnectSafe for Business

Hi,

 

I use ConnectSafe at home and find it is excellent. I work for an Internet Service Provider and we have a customer asking for a basic web filtering service - so would like to propose Norton to them.

 

I see you offer ConnectSafe for business too but when I request information via the 'Get Started' button I do not get any reply. I've also emailed nortondns@symantec.com but had no response.

 

I basically just want to get some idea of cost (unless it is free for business too?) and if any support services are offered and also if there are any restrictions to service for business users.

 

I hope you can help as i really need this information urgently no so I can go back to my customer.

I have a customer that has a Cafe with a free Public Wi-Fi, We are doing his IT for him and he has requested content filtering for all that access his Wi-Fi.

I received a reply from Norton saying that someone would contact me and nobody did. Last Friday I chased them up for the information again and still am waiting a reply. 

 

Hopefully, your request will help speed things up - I'm not too sure why Norton are taking so long to respond especially as there are other services which I have now found which offer the same service.

 

C'mon Norton.... you are losing potential business here!!
