After a several days downtime without any information we finally were able to download the upgrade this morning - just to be followed by error messages and fault behaviours like not beeing able to update the children's devices without getting all the time these warnings about "old versions on your device" that were supposed to be replaced...
After hours of trying we finally had no more chance to reach our account - server error... (of course without further information).
Luckily we had a short time to have a look at the new version and were able to see your new "premium offer".
Well, we are willing to pay money for quality, but not for alpha-versions. That's it; before we will order your service, we rather started to look around for an alternative. Thank you for your effort and good luck.
