Problem: Whenever I attempt to print any documents from my library or even from the internet, it never successfully prints. It pops up with an error. The reason why I am posting this message is because my father had recently bought me a laptop with the Norton Antivirus preloaded and when I try to print any documents it is unsuccessful (even though the computer has installed and recognized the printer). He later bought a laptop for himself without the Norton Antivirus preloaded and his laptop recognizes our wireless printer and prints successfully. I have a hunch that a program from the Norton Antivirus is blocking my printer from any print jobs on my computer. I have looked through my settings to disable any programs that might not be permitting my print jobs, but I have not quite found a solution to this problem. If anyone out there is having the same problem or can suggest a solution to this problem please do not hesitate to reply back. I would very much appreciate any response(: Thank you!
