Printer cannot be contacted over the network

I have a problem.  I have a home network.  I changed my internet service provider, and had to install a new wireless router provided by the service provider.  All equipment is working on the new router except the printer.  When troubleshooting the issue, I get two messages:1) Printer is online but in not responding to connection attempts, and 2) Printer cannot be contacted over the network.  I have been unable to resolve this matter, and I am now I am questioning if the issue involves my Norton 360 software?  Has anyone had this problem with Norton 360, and if so, Does anyone know of a fix for this issue?

My bad.  I did resolve the problem in my last post. Seeing your response to this post, I went back to my last post and identified the solution to that problem.

To further clarify this post regarding the new router.  The Router is a Ubee wireless router provided by TWC.  My desktop is running Windows 8 Pro.  The Printer is an HP Office Jet Pro L7780 All-In-One printer.
