Windows no longer recognizes my Brother MFC 7360N Laser.
It is connected to the internet through a Ethernet cable.
Tried erasing the software from Brother and now Norton won't let me put it back in say it can't find a printer.
Tried switching ethernet ports to no avail.
Any ideas
Thanks
Hello. Norton shouldn't be what is "finding" your printer, your OS should be. Have you reset your Norton firewall? Here is how.

If you already have or had an instance of this printer in your Windows settings remove it and reboot the computer. If prompted by Windows to remove all software for it do so before the reboot.
Depending on your version of Windows you can follow the installation guide in the article.
