Can’t print documents in email with Norton VPN enabled.
What kind of documents? Are they attachments? Can you print if open the attachment and print from that app?
Is your printer connected by Ethernet or Wifi?
Actually, in the standard apple print option. When you select the printer, it locates my attached network printer. But, when you select it, it returns to the print menu with “No Printer Selected”
Is this for printing the email itself or an attachment to that email?
Are you using the VPN function in 360 or the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? I just tried both on my iPhone and did not see what you are seeing. I have to say that my iPhone is updated to iOS 26.1
Can you print from any other app on the phone, such as a web page in a browser?
