It is difficult to understand the $349.76 charge on the invoice dated 12/31/2023. Last year my charge was $42.39 on 2/4/2023.
I see on the invoice this cost was for 10 licenses, I do not understand! I only have one computer for my private use. I DO NOT NEED 10 LICENSES. How this evolved is beyond me!
Please review my account and make adjustments as required. (this is a BIG change; 2/4/2023 charges VS 12/31/2023)
