This laptop came with an NIS trial subscription. Tonight I bought a 3-year subscription. My account shows it as "not activated" and the download starts and never finishes. There is an installation icon on my desktop, but it doesn't do anything. I tried to download the NIS-removal tool, but that didn't work.
Please advise.
