I just renewed my Internet Security on-line. When I try to enter the Subscription Code the " E" on my key board will not work, there are a few e's in the code. Sine this is for 3 computers, I tried to update on one of our other computers, the same thing happen, the "E" will not work.
I just renewed my Internet Security on-line. When I try to enter the Subscription Code the " E" on my key board will not work, there are a few e's in the code. Sine this is for 3 computers, I tried to update on one of our other computers, the same thing happen, the "E" will not work.
You didn't mention your product version, but there may be a different field just for entering a renewal code as opposed to entering a new product activation key. Can you check that?
