Help!!! I am trying to install Internet Security 2011 Performance Pack as my current 2010 Norton Security is about to expire.
I am running on Windows Vista.
I have put the disc in the disc reader and get to the first screen where I seelect install norton internet security, I then get a screen showing "Initializing Please Wait" after about a minute this screen dissappears and nothing else happens.
I have tried re-launching the programme and the same thing repeats, I have also tried re-booting and agin only get as far as the "Initilizing" screen before it all stops again.
Have I got faulty disc or is it something wrong with my computer????
