(1) Is anyone else having problems logging into their Microsoft Account or email?
I use Norton Safe/Vault and it auto-populates the two log-in fields on the Outlook Sign-in screen but the log-in is failing again because what the Vault input was over the top of what was already there. This is not a new problem - it occurred the last time their Sign-in screen was changed. Someone here came up with a solution viz backspace once to remove the 'm' in ".com". That clears the 'Email, phone or skype' message. Then add 'm' to log in. [The same fault occurs when going via the MC route > sign in > sign in with a Microsoft Account.]
Now it's happening again and someone on the Microsoft Community is blaming Norton. It's Microsoft not Norton but my immediate problem is that I can't find the thread that was here last time it happened - just after MS added the 'Sign-in with an MS account' option.
(2) does anyone know where the previous thread is? I've searched but with no success. Thanks
