I was trying to log into my mum's Norton Account last night so we could turn off automatic renewal. Couldn't remember the password so tried using the recovery process whereby a temporary password is supposed to be emailed to the account-holders email address only the email never came.
Have tried multiple times and still no email. Just wondering what the issue is and if it will be resolved soon as my mum's Norton is set to automatically renew on March 16th and she doesn't want it to.
Not as far as I know.
The email address I used to try to recover the password was the email address that the automatic renewal notification was sent to. So I'm assuming it's the right address. Plus it's one my parents have had for a couple of years now. They used to be with Bigpond but now they're with Internode.
Hi andramus,
Welcome to the community!
Some of these emails may be sent to the Junk Mail folder. Can you check in your Junk mail folder and confirm if you haven't received one yet?

The emails definitely haven't been going to the junk folder. They just haven't arrived at all.
Don't know how or why but finally got the password recovery email so it's all sorted. Thanks for the replies.
