I recently encountered the live update "3038,104" error on my norton 360 product. So, i decided to use norton remove and reinstall tool. The problem is that tool installs automatically "norton 360 premier", instead of norton 360. So, i cannot activate and use my copy of norton 360,(my subscription expires in October 2017). In addition, norton 360 premier does not recognize my norton 360 product key, so right now, i am left without protection. I visited the "my account" norton page, but i still get norton 360 premier, when i click on the "download" button. What can cause this problem?
