I am using an external 2 TB Seagate drive to store my images and I need to fix the drive letter to allow Adobe Lightroom to know it is the same drive. I cannot change the drive letter through Computer Management - Disk Services, as it appears that the Firewall is controlled by Norton 360 (message is "Unable to connect to Virtual Disk Service" and says the Windows Firewall is controlled by Norton 360) and will not allow a drive letter change.
Any suggestions of how I might go about changing mt external drive letter?
