Problem renewing Norton 360 - can't click through to payment page

Hello all. I'm writing to the forum because the hopeless automated "Customer Service" Bot is driving me crazy, and I can't find a human being to answer my query.

 

I'm trying to simply renew my subscription to Norton 360 via the Norton store website, but the page keeps freezing at the Order stage, and won't let me click through the the Shopping Cart page. I'm stuck here: http://buy.norton.com/estore/mf/cart

 

This problem has been ongoing for three days. I've turned off the pop-up blocker. It's probably something simple, but I can't work out what.

 

Can anyone help? This is super frustrating, as my protection's about to expire, and I keep getting "Renew" reminders. So I'd be very grateful for suggestions. Thanks!

Please forgive Nathan. He's a bot and his AI programming is lacking.

Which version of 360 are you running? If you're still on v5 then open it and click on the 'check for new version' tab and download that version before your subscription expires. Then if you run into problems using the 'renew' there you can talk to the customer support folks here:  http://www.norton.com/chat they have proven to be most helpful and easy to deal with.

Please let us know what your experience has been and if you got your problem solved.

I'm running Norton 360 Premier edition. The Store website lets me put a new subscription in my shopping cart, but then stalls when I try to click the button "continue to Secure Checkout". Nothing happens -- no clicking action at all.
