I have a Ximeta NetDISK (network attached) storage device which I can no longer see/connect to after changing from Mcafee to Comcast Norton Security Suite. It appears NetDisk uses a private protocol for traffic called LPX. Has anyone had this problem or know how to configure Norton Security traffic and firewall rules to allow this LPX protocol. Ximeta technical support also said Norton may be blocking the MAC address of this NetDisk. Again, I appreciate any input to check and correct this issue.
