Problem typing in activation code

 

Not all the keys will type when trying to type in the activation code on my new copy of NIS / AV 2012. I have a current version of NIS 2011. I cannot activate or install the product.

 

This behavior is for both my desktop & laptop (Win 7)

 

Of course I have verified that the keyboard does work correctly in other applications.

 

I've used Norton products for almost 1 years and this is the first head scratcher.
