I am on Windows XP and need to uninstall NortonFamily. I have followed normal uninstall procedures (which is the same as given in these forums) to uninstall Norton Family.
1. Go to Add or Remove Programs
2. On Norton Family click Change/Remove.
When I do this the Norton Family Uninstall dialog comes up and says it is communicating with the server. After about a second the dialog goes blank (except the header). I am unable to enter my credentials because there are no fields to enter them.
I have tried turning off Norton Family (it has a dialog for me to enter my credentials), rebooting, and changing windows accounts.
Please advise.
