Thanks a bunch. I’ll give that a try.

Otherwise just try another country. You are buying the license and not the product itself

Hello. Pleased to meet everyone here.

I am having a problem purchacing an upgrade for my Norton 360. I am from Alberta (AB), Canada, and when I am trying to send all my information, I still get an error message saying "You have chosen Canada as your country. Please select a province". I do select "AB" every time, but it keeps giving me this error as if I were not selecting a Canadian province at all. Please help.

While it might seem like a good idea at first, the country you choose is important to the activation key you receive. I would not recommend choosing a different country.

Quagmire, I apologize for not replying sooner. Our team is looking into this issue and should have a resolution for you shortly. We're looking into not only getting you a product, but also resolving the issue for everyone. Thanks for your patience with this problem.

I apologise for the double post, but if nobody here is able to fix this problem, could someone point me to somebody who does?
