Problem with 360 and HP Support Assistance

Is anybody having a problem with HP Support Assistant after loading 360? When I bring up HP Support Assistant the screen displays tiny squares instead of letters and numbers. I'm not blaming it on 360, but that is the last thing I loaded. Anybody have any ideas?
