After updating NIS 2009 to NIS 2010 I'm not able to activate the software. There is always the message displayed that the Symantec Server does not response. I'd tried that for 5 days now, 10 days are left.
There is an active Internet connection and live update is working well. I already reinstalled the software (with and without keeping my personal settings) but problem persist.
Please don't tell me to contact local Symantec support (I'm from Germany), because I can't contact them by email (don't ask me why, but there is no option). I can only contact them by phone or chat and only during times I have to work.
