Problem with activation after upgrading

I upgraded my Norton AV install after a reminder pop up but have been unable to activate it.. I have a subsciption until October 2012.  My account is say that I do not have any more available installs even though it has only ever been installed on one machine and all i was trying to do was upgrade.

 

Can you please check this out and get it sorted.  I'm not able to use a product i have paid for...

If you used the upgrade offered by the program, your installation is already activated. What does your UI show for Subscription Status?

In addition to Peter's suggestion if you are still having a problem your best resource is going to be customer support found here:

http://www.norton.com/chat  They should be able to clear things up for you.

Thanks for the replies.

 

Got my son to contact them by chat using the chat thing and they sorted the problem out in 5 minutes.  They gave an additional 30 days subscription as well for being a "valued customer" :)
