I bought 2 key of Norton Internet Security 5, one of them about 3 years ago, and 1 more about 1.5 years.
I paid all the renovations and when i go to the Norton Management i can check both are active. One have expiration date to 02/28/2015 and the other 07/10/2015.
I use one on a MacBook Pro Late 2011 with OS X 10.9.4, with this i don't have problem, i activated the key and in Norton Management i have one key used.
The problem is the other key. Im trying to use it in an iMac 27" Late 2013 with OS X 10.9.4, In Norton Management i have one free key. When i activate the key in the iMac, looks it work, stop asking for renovation. After 1 hour, i get in Norton Management the key is in use by my iMac. All is ok. But, when i turn off my iMac, the next day ask again for the key and if i check Norton Management is again free, broke the link between the key and my iMac. This is annoying because if i want to stop the warning of getting the renewal i need to put again the key "every day". I'm seriously thinking to uninstall the product and ask for a refund.
In the Norton Management said i can administer my devices and ask me install the Norton Management on my Mac. I installed to register the devices, but when i use my Norton management account get an error said my Norton Management Account doen't have a subscription of N360MD ( don't know if i need to buy another product to use it, but is stupid the Norton Management ask to install it and don't let me use it)
Hope can help me with this issues.
Thanks.
