Problem with activation...

I was trying to install another program yesterday and it blue screened a few times.  Now every time I boot up NIS is not activated.  I can easily click "Activate Now" and it returns to the proper state without entering any additional info or clicking anything else.

 

I am running 18.1, and LiveUpdate will not obtain 18.5 as mentioned here:
