Hi vuquangictu,
Welcome to the Norton Community. What version of NIS 2011 do you have? You can find this from Support > About. Also what version of Windows and SP (service pack) do you have and is it 32 or 64 bit?
We cannot see your images yet as they must first be approved by a moderator so a few questions first.
How long have you had NIS installed and has this problem existed from the beginning or did it start sometime later? Do you have any other security software installed besides NIS? If you had other security software installed before installing NIS did you uninstall it first and run a removal tool to ensure it was properly removed?
Are you having any other problems with your computer such as unexpected pop-ups or browser redirects?
I'll take a look at your images once they are approved by a moderator and advise further.
Best wishes.
Allen

We can see your pictures now, but when someone has just posted a picture, a forum moderator has to look at them first and approve them. No one had had time to do that before, but now they show up just fine.
