It has happened for a while, both in Norway and in the US, where I am now, that every time I need to us the Adobe Flash Player, I'm required to install it anew. although, obviously, I already has installed the latest version, Version 20.0.0.306. Perhaps not a Norton Security issue, however, my tread on false alarm for pdf attachments in gmail might have something to do with this.
