I restore client's backups on an XP station (with all service packs and updates) and burn some of their data files to DVD for them. Everything was fine before this latest NIS version update. Since that time, used media (Iomega Rev Media) shows as being blank. When Norton Internet Security Auto-Protect is disabled, the media properly shows and can be restored. I have excluded the entire CA directory from auto-protect and sonar, but that made no difference. The media contents shows properly from windows explorer, but not from Arcserve (unless auto-protect is disabled).
What else needs to be excluded?
