Problem with attempted reinstall

Hi

I have NIS 2014 installed on three machines; a Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium, a Netbook with Windows 7 32-bit and a Laptop with Windows 8.

The NIS on the Windows 8 machine failed to work yesterday and I had to uninstall it because it was trying to update itself without success and hogged all my resources.  How do I reinstall it as I cannot find anywhere on the Norton Management Site to download and reinstall it.

My Norton account shows two machines under Devices with NIS installed The Windows 7 Laptop and Netbook but the third one is blank. The information under Services shows that three keys are taken up despite my having uninstalled the one on the Windows 8 machine.

If I were to delete the licence key against the Windows 8 machine it suggests that I should only do this if I have disposed of it.

How do I reinstall the NIS software on this third machine and ensure that it will work and that Norton Management will show the correct data?
