Probably best to speak with Norton's Customer Support via your Help & Support link in N360 since they would be people who can sort out passwords, I assume to the on-line backup service.
But keep an eye on here, or come back if it does not work, since there are Norton Staffers who know who can do things .....
It would be a good idea to post here the version of N360 you have, from Help & Support / About and also the version of Windows that you have.
My apologies. It’s version 2.3.1.4 and Windows is Windows Vista Home Premium.

You can manage your Norton account via https://www.mynortonaccount.com. Once you log in using your email address, look on the left side navigation bar for the Change Password link.
