Hi evilnod,

In the purge pane, the "select all" button only applies to the current folder you have browsed to (and specifically the files within that folder). It is not recursive. In order to purge your entire backup you would need to go into each folder and perform the same operation.

If you have deleted everything out of your storage and it is still showing a nonzero space used, feel free to send me an email (my address is in my profile) and I will pull up your account and have a look. It is easy enough to fix.

here is where i going..

gone to backup destination, click on "delete previously backup files. selete all and then delete all file.

it look alike try to do some file deletion but the space never release back to me. if i try to click delete file again the option is dim out.

it does not let me change to different folder.

i only back "necessary" file which mean no mp3 or movie. only document profile. the backup should be rather small. i dont under way its so hard to control what i want to delete and whats not. the file i backup only 600~800MB. and the data dont change alot

i using norton anti-virus a long time. and i was thinking 360 will give me total one shop fix. but the user interface is lack of user control and detail infomation i need.

more so with backup. it would be 100% easy with EMC retrospec backup.. even CA is easier use then this.
