Really having a major problem here and cannot get resolution from support. Starting Sunday, I am unable to complete LU. Get the message, after quite a long time trying to connect, "Failed to check for some updates". It gives me Error code 8921,301.
I uploaded intelligent update and updated latest definitions. I did a full system scan. I used NRT to remove NIS 2009. Ran NRT twice. Reinstalled, and have the same problem. Had been running NIS 2009 16.5.
Anyone see anything like this, or can provide help to resolve. Not really getting anywhere with Norton support.
