Hi.
Decided to test the NPE (off of the original retail CD) on a spare XP, SP3 box.
Things looked normal as it downloaded some updates and then...
"The scan cannot run because Norton Power Eraser cannot acces the Symantec Service. Check your Network Connection or try again later" and "An Error has occured: Error Code: 0x80045003,0"
My connectivity is fine. Tried it also on another box, same deal.
Any Ideas?
