I recently noticed that my Norton Antivirus does not load when booting. I can’t launch it manually either - I get “unable to open product”. I’ve tried removing Norton (using the removal tool) and reinstalling but the same thing happens. I’m attempting to try it again, but the removal tool will not launch now - it work before, and I even downloaded it again, but still won’t launch. I can’t uninstall Norton either - it hangs up. Help! What is my next step in trying to fix this? Thanks in advance!
